Unique Chem a Partnership firm was launched in 1989 as an entrepreneur enterprise by Shri Ajay Raj after completion of his graduation in Chemistry an a Post graduate diploma in Industrial and Analytical Chemistry. The company started its first project involving extraction of Non edible oils at its Factory at SInnar Dist Nashik after establishing itself in non edible oil technology the company diversified into manufacture of derivatives of non edible oils for industrial supply through its then newly formed sister concern H R Chemicals at Chandwad Nashik .
Since then in 2005 the company entered into the field of agricultural inputs in way of manufacturers of Plant Growth Promoters and regulators mainly on a basis of B2B supply.
